Exchange Policy for Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange:

    • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  2. Contact Us for an Exchange:

    • To start the exchange process, please contact our customer support team at elemental.botanics369@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the defect.

  3. Exchange Process:

    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that exchanges are only accepted for defective products.

  4. Shipping for Exchanges:

    • We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange of defective items. You will not incur any additional charges for the exchange process.

  • No Returns: As our products are consumable, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
